The vibration bottom works by introducing forces into a stagnant column of bulk material. The cohesive forces are interrupted by the attached unbalance motors. The vibrating movement prevents the formation of bridges. The deflector of the vibrating hopper limits the pressure on the outlet and ensures optimum and uniform flow of the bulk material.
