Due to the increasing demand for ever-larger storage capacities, we have developed assembly silos, specifically for assembly in other countries. A modular assembly process using prefabricated segments enables us to assemble the silos on the customers´ sites worldwide. In addition, this allows us to reduce transport costs significantly.

Our company specializes in the pickling of stainless steels. We provide you with a high-quality service that ensures your stainless steel products receive a smooth, homogeneous surface. Our many years of experience and in-depth expertise allow us to fulfill even the most demanding pickling requirements of our customers.

We only use premium pickling agents and state-of-the-art technologies to ensure that we deliver the best possible results to you. Through the pickling process, the surface of the stainless steel is uniformly matte-finished, and unwanted discolorations, temper colors, and corrosion marks are removed. The result is a clean and corrosion-resistant surface that guarantees a long lifespan.

The resulting waste and wastewater are sustainably processed and recycled in our in-house neutralization facility. We also offer these services for external products.

For assembly and modification work, of silos or of complete silo plants, we provide a crane or several cranes upon request. 

Our experienced specialist personnel ensure smooth processes during loading and take care of proper removal of the silos during relocation.

Determination of Bulk Material Characteristics…

… for Process-related Silo Design;

… for Strength-based Design.

The bulk material analysis serves for structural design considerations and for verification of product data. This allows for the determination of flow properties as well as product characteristics. All these tests are conducted and analyzed in our in-house laboratory. Shear tests using the Schulze ring shear tester are carried out and documented for structural design considerations and product data verification.

To conduct the shear tests, a minimum of 5 liters of the respective product is required.

Determination of Bulk Material Characteristics…

… and Investigation of Time Consolidation.

We can determine time solidification for 4 storage durations in our in-house laboratory. Simultaneously, we evaluate the silo design based on the bulk material analysis. The investigation can only be carried out in conjunction with the determination of bulk material characteristics for process-related silo design. Let our knowledgeable staff advise you and provide us with your specific storage durations; however, these can only be conducted for up to a maximum of 120 hours. For conducting the experiments, we require a minimum sample size of 3 liters.
